Meet Service Manager & Social Worker Brandon Carroll


Brandon is a dedicated and an accredited Social Worker with a Bachelor of Social Work, awarded in 2017 from Western Sydney University. 

Brandon is a registered member of The Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW), bringing together a wealth of experience in Disability, Child Protection, Family Law, Mental Health & Community Services.

Rapport's Purpose

RSS aims to foster therapy, support, recovery, and overall health & wellbeing for individuals from all walks of life. 


RSS is committed to building a supportive, therapeutic and professional relationship for our clients and consumers, while providing a valuable counselling, mentoring and advocacy service.

Our Approach

RSS provides a client-centered and strength based approach.  


We work collaboratively with our clients and consumers to identify their goals and develop a customised treatment plan, clinical development plan and/or a supportive action plan. 


We also place a strong emphasis on building a trusting and supportive therapeutic relationship with our consumers and clients.

Tele-health Services

RSS provide's affordable Tele-health Counselling,Mentoring and Advocacy Services Australia wide.

Brandon has supported a variety of individuals from all walks of life in the community. 


Brandon has experienced firsthand the challenges and disadvantages some individuals and families face when trying to access essential support and care.

RSS aims to reduce and eliminate barriers for individual's and families who are experiencing particular circumstances, which may prevent them from accessing much needed support.

RSS provides a Tele-health Pro Bono Scheme, which is a strategy focused on helping eligible people reduce barriers and hardships, which may prevent them from accessing essential support and care. The scheme provides eligible people a fee-free or low cost pathway to access RSS Tele-health services. 

Skill & Professional Development

RSS offers Clinical supervision for professionals working within or planning on working within the Community and Social Services sector.
